  5. As a Doctor: I don’t agree with what you said about carbs being the least important and in fact a very high protein and fat diet, especially if animal based, can be far more problematic and is one of the leading causes of heart disease.
    – hence why unprocessed carbs, proteins and fats are recommended by health care professionals… as in a plant heavy diet (no need for fully vegan for health and longevity)
