As a Doctor: I don’t agree with what you said about carbs being the least important and in fact a very high protein and fat diet, especially if animal based, can be far more problematic and is one of the leading causes of heart disease.
– hence why unprocessed carbs, proteins and fats are recommended by health care professionals… as in a plant heavy diet (no need for fully vegan for health and longevity)

you probably will feel full after that eggs and avo if you put some high fiber carb, like bread,potatoes,brown rice,tortillas,etc.
