The goal is not to lose the weight fast, it’s to lose the weight permanently so you don’t have to keep finding it! If you focus on better choices, healthier habits, and building a smarter system and routine, you can finally end the struggle for good!
Practice the 2B mindset system and everyday and you will always be losing weight or learning from it. You will drop pounds while improving your health and relationship with food, which is the best gift of all. Commit to the process and core principles- they work!
Your face is a little scarier in the second photo. Having a fuller, rounder face wouldn't make me assume you have a: body image problem, drug problem or a mental problem
I have to idea why everyone is putting their thoughts on you looking better before. I think you look amazing where you appear the happiest and rn it seems you are happiest with after.
Ouch! How did you figure out you needed to lose those 'last 12 lbs'? That doesn't sound like it had anything to do with 'health'. But more of a focus on some number. Please, stay healthy and beautiful! When i was underweight, although i was sure it's a good weight for me, my skin would break out bad. Now i need to lose weight, but i know i can't go too low. I'd rather have good skin, than be too thin, plus it's not possible anyway since i'm older and a mom now…my body changed since in my 20s. Anyway, being healthy isn't about numbers on the scale. Please, take care!❤
These comments are pretty messed up, no one has the right to comment on what weight they think “looks better” it’s all up to how she feels, and if she feels better now that she’s lost weight then that’s fantastic!(you look beautiful either way)
I have no patience I lost 80 in 6 months and have kept it off ever since. It’s been over 5 years and three kids. I was coping with food as soon as I realized that everything changed.
I completely understand but for those who want to make it too hard and overly restrictive, you can do it because I did and I got results super quickly and am keeping it off
Not sure why you felt you needed to lose anymore! You look great in the first pic… I'd focus on gaining it back as you looked way healthier before sorry
I can relate. It look me 8 months to go from 150 to 143 and it was truly the last bit. Started walking more and found some healthier foods I actually liked, and that made all the difference. Have maintained 141-143 ever since!

The before picture looks younger. She looks older -12 lbs.
Your face is a little scarier in the second photo. Having a fuller, rounder face wouldn't make me assume you have a: body image problem, drug problem or a mental problem
You look beautiful in both, but stronger in the before picture. ❤

It's taken me over a year and a half to lose 40 pounds. Weight loss is not easy!

Beautiful both ways , but you looked healthier before.

too thin!!..you looked better with the 12!!!
you look great both sizes! love your page
Look much better in the “before” pic….after pic is too thin

Um and now you look anorexic?? How is this promoting good health???
You look great! Congrats
You looked better before
Yesssss. This is my 6th year! 2b for life.
I think u looked really nice when u had the extra 12 pounds on u
Everyone making a comment that she looks healthier in the before are the same type of people who are ugly skinny or fat. Stay behind the computer.
But it's such a strong claim to say keep it off permanently. Weight loss isn't " permanent ". It will always fluctuate. That's normal .
Not sure why you felt you needed to lose anymore! You look great in the first pic… I'd focus on gaining it back as you looked way healthier before sorry
You look better before…my opinion

My gosh…
Before looks very nice.
After too much.
Amen. I'm down 25 pounds since last October. I've incorporated a lot of your realism in my eating habits. Thank you.
