i actually had samonela from 7 months and now i had a new problem i still dont know whats that i just had done a blood test and really worried about that

As someone with gut problems who used to be vegan. I seemed to get too much fiber. So i think that’s a thing too

Oh no it’s not. We don’t need finder in our diet. There is absolutely no research that says this. In fact the only reach shows clearly fibre is detrimental to human health.
So … what should we eat?
OK, but what do I feed it? what suggestions of types of fiber?
Yeah..! But people need to know that if you eat raw vegetables it is hard for you stomach acids to break down and therefore will cause inflamed or unhealthy gut. So be careful and at least cook most of your vegetables. You have to find your balance.
More fiber it is then..ok..time to learn which fods are high in fiber

Your wrong fibre is bad we haven't got the enzymes to break down the fibre end up with its joint problems ,and high in oxalates

The fibre is not there for you, it's there for it's self. The more fibre, the more poop. That's all.
That bacteria is only there if you eat fibre. You don't need fibre, it's just a pain in the arse. The fact is it just ads more and more trucks to your poop. What you need for the lining of the gut is fat and oils. It helps your poop slide down.
