  1. So I made the cashew cream and I hated it because it tasted like, well… watered-down cashews. Then I came back here and realised I hadn't let the cashews sit in water for 4-12h. What does that do exactly? Is that why my cashew cream tasted horrible?

  2. My overnight oats are simple. Equal parts oats and milk and sprinkle with cinnamon.
    Also my mum sometimes made shrimp shell broth/oil, which is delicious on pasta, but too much gives me tummy wonkies

  3. It's really nice to put stuff in your overnight oats before they sit overnight. It absorbs the flavour really well. You can use stuff like peanut butter, cocoa and cacao nibs, jam/jelly, dried fruit or mashed fresh bananas and it tastes a whole lot better.
