Profound!
These always makes me cry
Glad we moved past blatant propaganda going viral, now the virality is the corporate propaganda
Dove stop making cry. I love these videos ❤
BONUS: I find this video highly relatable, as I tend to be overly self-critical and harsh on myself. When someone close to me speaks positively about me, I tend to make excuses as if they are only doing it as a favor. This is a real eye opener, to say the least.
BONUS: I cried a little watching this. It makes me sad that we can't see our own inner beauty and get so hung up on the negatives. It just goes to show that we all need to get to know ourselves more and appreciate our bodies as they are.
I wish Dove would do this for boys. Especially teen boys. They use soap, and a lot of them struggle with self image too.
This made me cry because it shows us how we always look down on ourselves and focus on our faults rather than trying to see the good and appreciate what we have.
Thank you Dove!
Watched this for ideas for me 🙂
We often have a tendency to be self-conscious, which can and does transform into self-depreciation around others. It's quite possible that many other people would describe themselves privately as more attractive than they actually are. Objectivity is very difficult when dealing with ourselves and people we have strong feelings towards. Because of the brain chemistry involved, we often see people we dislike as less attractive than they actually are, and conversely will ignore the flaws of people we like. Indeed, that may well extend ourselves. Take comfort in the fact that the people who like you will give you grace, and so should you.
Mine is the opposite. I'm more uglier than I think
If beauty is subjective and in the eye of the beholder, why are they trying to portray a certain appearance as the standard beauty. I understand the underlying intention in the message is positive, but what is wrong with the first sketch's look? The implication here is that "you don't look as you thought you looked, therefore you are beautiful", yet there are millions of people who look just as they described themselves. The intention is good, but the ad is simply flawed.
You are more beautiful than you say!
You need a very special skills to make to create such a unique advertising
You have to be born with these skills , you can't learn about them in the school
It's coming deep from your heart
Or you have it or not
This is in your blood
99% of this "ad" is just a different context .-.
I'm heal because media I hate everything that this website makes me do

Does anyone know where it this shot?
Best ad ever! Well done!
Saçlarımın gerçek rengi bal rengi kahverengidir.
I didn't like this one.
Dang dove… wow
Too much emphasis on looks. They are all pretty average, but that's not the point, is it? What's inside? That's what makes one special, not the slighter "better" picture of your physical self. What on earth are they going to do, considering the unhealthy preoccupation with their looks, when the old age settles in?!
Ngga bisa bahasa Inggris
this is sweet, but all i can think about is how i would never be able to participate in this because i genuinely, honestly have no earthly idea what i look like. not even that i view myself negatively, i just… don't know what i look like, at all.
This is touching and too meaningful to me. I will buy doves product next time
I cried 🙂
the sick thing is, the second drawing looks more acurate than the first
